Children's Prom
In 2017, the prom theme was "A Safari Excursion: Born To Be Wild," so we strapped on our boots, backpacks and brimmed hats and headed straight for the jungle.
We created a scavenger hunt for the prom-goers, where they had to locate different features of the prom, take pictures of themselves at them with their phones and text them to our special number. Then, we printed their photos and pasted them into customized storybooks that the teens would get to keep as a memory of prom.

Welcome to the jungle, where animals run wild.
Imagination imitates, and brings along a smile.
Walls of abundant trees line the path ahead.
“There are hundreds of these,” the brave adventurer said.
Home to many beasts of many different sizes.
You’ll come to find the jungle is full of many surprises.
Birds that roam the sky, tigers rule the ground,
So many cool creatures, making exotic sounds.
The journey’s getting long, you look to stop and rest,
But what’s that approaching? A new friend has joined your quest!
Friendship lifts your spirit, but energy is low.
Time to hunt for food, before the sun loses its glow.
The silence slowly fills with howling far and near,
The branches start to shake, wild monkeys barrel in here!
When all seems lost, like the stars have unaligned,
A helping hand arrives, swinging from the vines
Look at all the fun we had, we’ve made it to the end,
I will always cherish these memories and friends!
